This morning we welcome the amazing producer Maud Geffray on MailTape. Her solo album ‘POLAAR’ is a multi-layered gem of cold electronic music. Louise : ” As always when working on MailTape, I’ve been lost in Soundcloud. This track appears as if it’s gonna be a pop song at the beginning… but there’s this fast synth that comes in and turns it into something more electronic. I love how this track evolves in a way I didn’t see coming. “
Hiroshi Yoshimura (吉村弘) — Dance PM
Louise : ” I felt like I had to have something really smooth to close this tape. I was amazed when I found this Japanese 80’s song from Hiroshi Yoshimura. I couldn’t find a better track to end this tape. Ambient at its best! “
